Database Creation problem - 03113 (end of communication channel)

Hi,

I am trying to create database using DBCA on oracle 10g on solaris 10
and getting error:
03113 (end of communication channel

Alert log contains errors:
Errors in file
/u01/app/oracle/admin/netmeter/udump/netmeter_ora_3342.trc:
ORA-07445 (See ORA-07445.ora-code.com): exception encountered: core dump [_lwp_kill()+8] [SIGIOT]
[unknown code] [0xD0E00000000] [] []

What can be the possible issues. One is generic error and other is core
dump. If someone can send some manual create database script that will
be great to debug.
